Customer and sales support intern
Location: Finland, Helsinki

About the role:
In this position, you will provide essential support to daily business operations, contributing to smooth coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to work independently, develop practical skills, and support overall business efficiency within a Nordic-level organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Sending product samples to customers and other partners
- Assisting sales and purchasing teams as needed
- Taking care of the accounts receivable / sales leads
- Handling logistic tasks such as booking transportation for sales orders
- Entering customer orders into internal systems
- Assisting with other general tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cosmetics, Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong interest in customer service, sales support, and business operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions (sales, marketing, purchasing)
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry is considered an asset
