Brand management intern

About the role:
As a Brand Management Intern, you will join our Brand Management team and gain hands-on experience in an international working environment. You will collaborate with colleagues and brand representatives across multiple countries, working with both our in-house brands and imported brands. Your responsibilities and focus areas may vary depending on timing and your personal interests.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product management tools (e.g., Excel, Dropbox, Asset Bank, SharePoint)
- Support the development and maintenance of sales tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Review ingredient lists to ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in ideation and testing of products for our own brands
- Write, translate, proofread, and review product texts
- Prepare and verify product packaging labels
- Research and identify new cosmetic suppliers
- Update label materials and documentation
- Communicate changes in cosmetics legislation to brand partners
- Support brand reporting and conduct competitor analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cosmetics or Business
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
- A genuine interest in the beauty industry is considered an asset
