Influencer & Social Media Intern

About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Intern to support influencer collaboration coordination and social media content creation. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing beauty industry and the opportunity to work closely with influencers and marketing professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate influencer collaborations from start to finish (planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up)
- Participate in planning and executing influencer campaigns together with the e-commerce and marketing team, as well as influencers
- Curate suitable beauty product selections for collaborations
- Create and edit content for social media channels (images, videos, and copy)
- Track campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights
- Maintain the influencer database and identify new collaboration opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Cosmetics, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry
- Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar)
- A good eye for visual content and understanding of social media trends
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken); German is considered an asset
