What you’ll do
- Taking care of the offices assistance tasks
- Sending product samples to customers and other partners
- Assisting sales, marketing and purchasing teams as appropriate
- All other showroom / office related tasks
- Taking care of the accounts receivable / sales leads
- Handle logistics such as booking transportation to the purchase order
- Entering customer orders into the system
- Work independently and proactively with the support of experienced colleagues in a Nordic level team
